Privacy policy
Your trust matters to us.
Last updated: 2025. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we care for it.
The short version
House of Fire Community (“we,” “us”) is a house church in Moreno Valley, California. We only collect the information you choose to send us, we use it only to reply and care for you, and we never sell it. That’s the whole heart of it.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact or prayer form, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, email, phone number (if you add it), the reason you’re reaching out, and your message or prayer request. If you email, call, or text us directly, we keep that conversation so we can follow up well.
How we use it
We use your information for one thing: to respond to you and to care for you as a community. That might mean sending you gathering details, answering a question, or praying for a request you’ve shared. Prayer requests are held with discretion by our team and are not posted publicly unless you ask us to.
How the form works
Our contact form is delivered by a third-party form service (Formspree) that passes your message along to our inbox. Your submission travels through their systems only to reach us; you can review their handling of data on their website. We don’t use your submission for advertising.
Cookies & analytics
We keep the site simple. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we use website analytics, it’s a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that gives us basic, anonymous visit counts (no personal profiles), which is why you won’t see a cookie banner.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the small team who needs it to respond to you, and only as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Just email Houseoffirecommunity@gmail.com or call (951) 705-8797 and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children through the site. Families are warmly welcome at our gatherings in person.
Updates
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Questions are always welcome, reach out anytime.
